Itinerary
Day 1 Fly to Halifax
Arrive in Halifax, Nova Scotia and rest up for the night at your hotel.
Day 2 - Halifax
Collect your motorhome. Enjoy a gentle drive along the south shore and be enriched by the amazing ocean views.
Day 3 - Halifax to Lunenburg (92km)
Take a short harbour cruise on the Bluenose racing schooner. Continue along the south shore before heading inland to Kejimkujik National Park.
Day 4 - 5 Lunenburg to Kejimkujik National Park (95km)
Spend the day enjoying all that the National Park offers from canoeing to hiking to cycling. The park has an abundance of wildlife to spot.
Days 6 - 7 Bay of Fundy (95km)
Take the Bay Ferry over to the province of New Brunswick, making your way along the Fundy Coast to the Fundy Trail Parkway.
Days 8 - 9 Fundy National Park
Today you set off to Hopewell Rocks and The Ocean Tidal Exploration Site – home to the world’s highest tides!
Day 10 - 11 Fundy to Charlottetown (296km)
Cross over the Confederation Bridge and onto Prince Edward Island. Enjoy one of the three tourist coastal drives.
Day 12 Charlottetown to Pictou to Lake Ainslie (284km)
This morning you arrive by ferry into the town of Pictou, known as the birthplace of Nova Scotia. Next, drive north to Cape Breton Island and Lake Ainslie.
Day 13-14 Inverness
Take a slight detour to the coastal town of Inverness, known for its warm ocean waters and Mermaids Tears (sea glass). It’s a beachcomber’s dream!
Day 15 Return to Halifax (335km)
Today is your last chance to enjoy the delights of the eastern shore before dropping your motorhome back in Halifax.
Day 16 Fly from Halifax
You have the morning to pack before your return flight home.
