Itinerary
Day 1 – 2 Seattle
Seattle’s compact downtown area makes its many attractions possible to experience in a short time. Tour around the famous Pike Place Market, the oldest continuously operating farmers market in the country. Or visit the Space Needle for a dramatic view of the city and its surrounding waters. Seattle is full of personality offering an artsy culture, vast green spaces, the location on Puget Sound and the diversity of people.
Day 3 Embark on Cruise
This morning explores the rest of the city prior to embarking on your cruise in the afternoon. Watch Seattle disappear as you sail away into the waters of Puget Sound.
Day 4 At Sea
Take today to relax on board your cruise ship, perhaps visit the Mandara Spa or watch out for wildlife as you cruise towards Alaska
Day 5 Sitka, Alaska
This charming island community boldly lives between the mountains and the sea. Surrounded by rainforests, Sitka shares its home with brown bears, bald eagles and all five species of Pacific salmon. Sitka offers superb fishing as well as a rich culture.
Day 6 Juneau, Alaska
Standing on one of the largest wilderness areas in the United States, Juneau offers wildlife viewing, fishing and exploration of glaciers. Kayak up one of the areas protected waterways or try panning for gold. Trek to the majestic Mendenhall Glacier located 12 miles outside of Juneau.
Day 7 Icy Strait Point, Alaska
Icy Strait Point is the perfect location for adventure seekers in Alaska, everything from soft adventure activities such as a nature walk to a heart racing zipline adventure can be enjoyed here. In addition, Icy Strait Point is also a wonderful place to view Alaskan wildlife as it’s one of the few places in the world where wildlife outnumbers the human population.
Day 8 Ketchikan, Alaska
Set at the Southernmost entrance to Alaska’s famed inside passage Ketchikan is known for three things: feisty salmon, idyllic scenery and an incredibly rich Alaska Native culture. Ziplining, kayaking and fishing are just some of the activities you can partake in whilst docked here.
Day 9 Victoria, British Columbia
This little city certainly packs a punch. View the iconic Inner Harbour and watch as the seaplanes land or visit the famous Butchart Gardens and take in the Italian Garden or Rose Garden. Victoria also offers the historic Bastion Square and Fan Tan Alley, the narrowest street in the country and a side door to Canada’s oldest Chinatown.
Day 10 Disembark Cruise
After disembarking your cruise hop aboard the Victoria Clipper for a high-speed catamaran journey at a speed of 33 knots. Sit back and enjoy the spectacular views of the seascape, village dotted coastline and towering mountain ranges. It’s also a great way to spot whales and seabirds! Overnight Victoria
Day 11 Victoria

Day 12 Victoria – Vancouver
Collect your car hire and make your way to the ferry terminal at Swartz Bay for your BC Ferry route from Vancouver Island to the mainland. Look out for marine life as you go as you may be lucky enough to view a pod of whales from the comfort of your seat. Overnight Vancouver
Day 13-14 Vancouver
Gateway to the Pacific, Vancouver is a beautiful city of 2 halves, the coastal mountains and the Pacific Coast. Explore her downtown from Gastown to Chinatown or stroll the seawall along English Bay to Stanley Park. 2 nights Vancouver
Day 15 Vancouver – Sun Peaks
Today you will drive the 4-hour journey via the Trans Canada Highway to Sun Peaks. Leave the coast of the Pacific and join the mountains in interior BC for a change of scenery, fresh mountain air and trails for miles. Overnight Sun Peaks
Day 16 Sun Peaks
Refreshing temperatures and breath-taking 360-degree mountain views are on offer as well as a mountain community. Three mountains surround this European-style pedestrian-only village making it easy to get around. Hire a bike or hike the 18 designated hiking trails whilst here. Overnight Sun Peaks
Day 17 Sun Peaks – Whistler
Today’s journey takes you from interior BC to the world-famous resort of Whistler. Well known for its 2010 Winter Olympics glory this town has plenty to offer visitors during the summer and should not be missed. Overnight Whistler
Day 18 Whistler
Summers in Whistler consist of all types of mountain-based activities; from mountain biking down Blackcomb or Whistler mountains to an ATV tour on the mountains, Whistler has it all. A cool food scene as well as bars aplenty jammed with people outside during the summer there is a certain buzz in the air here. If you want to explore outside the pedestrianised village and the two mountains, then take the day exploring Whistler’s lakes and beaches by bike or on foot via the Valley trail. Overnight Whistler
Day 19 Fly Home
Say your farewells to Whistler and drive the scenic Sea to Sky Highway and watch the as the soaring mountains pass by to beautiful inlets as you come back into Vancouver for your flight home.
ESTA online application for entry to the USA
Important: All cruise passengers must complete the online Visa Waiver form by visiting https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov which is needed for entry into the US at a cost of $21 per person.
You must complete an ESTA application at least 72 hours before flying. Any traveller who fails to complete an ESTA application at least 3 days before departure will almost certainly be refused entry into the country under new US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations. If you are even considering visiting the States, it's worth filling out an ESTA application now as they are valid for two years. Important: If you are refused entry because you do not hold the correct travel documents or have had your application for ESTA rejected - you will NOT be entitled to any form of refund or covered by your travel insurance policy.
