Day 2 - Board the Cruise
Board one of the elegant Holland America ships in Boston and settle into your comfortable stateroom. Overnight on board.
Day 3 - Boston to Bar Harbor, Maine
Enjoy scenic cruising to Bar Harbor, a quintessential New England resort set on the edge of the Acadia National Park. Overnight on board.
Day 4 - Bar Harbor to Halifax, Nova Scotia
Wake up in Halifax, capital of Nova Scotia.The beautifully restored waterfront buildings recall the city's charming maritime heritage. Overnight on board.
Day 5 - Halifax to Sydney
Sydney is the gateway to the northeast end of Nova Scotia, where Cape Breton Island boasts Cape Breton Highlands National Park and Bras d'Or Lake. Overnight on board.
Day 6 - Sydney - Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
Canada's smallest province is tethered to New Brunswick by the 8-mile-long Confederation Bridge and boasts lighthouses and red sand beaches. Overnight on board.
Day 7 - Cruising Gulf of St. Lawrence
Enjoy a leisurely day of cruising via the St. Lawrence River. Ensure you keep your camera ready to spot some of Quebec's resident whales.
Day 8 - Quebec City
Arrive in Quebec City, home to architectural wonders and historical sites. Here, you can stroll around the cobblestone streets of Old Québec and discover 400 years of incredible history.
Day 9 - Disembark the cruise in Quebec City
Disembark you cruise for the final time in Québec City – truly one of the most beautiful cities in Canada. Take the time to enjoy a walk in the streets of Vieux-Quebec. Overnight in Quebec City.
Day 10 - Via Rail Train: Quebec City to Montreal
Board the train from Quebec City's famous Gare du Palais and enjoy a leisurely journey to Montreal. Overnight in Montreal
Day 11 - Free day in Montreal
Enjoy a free day in Montreal, one of Canada's most multicultural cities. Experience its colourful entertainment, local cuisine and friendly communities and experience world-class views from the famous Mount Royal Park. Overnight in Montreal
Day 12 - Via Rail Train Montreal to Toronto
Say goodbye to the French side of Canada and board the train to Toronto. En route, look out for Ottawa, the capital city of Canada. Overnight in Toronto.
Day 13 - Free day in Toronto
Why not discover the many identities of this cosmopolitan city on a sightseeing tour of Toronto and a visit to the CN Tower. Overnight in Toronto.
Day 14 - Fly from Toronto
Enjoy any last-minute shopping before your return. Independently transfer to Toronto Pearson International Airport for your flight back home.
ESTA online application for entry to the USA
Important: All cruise passengers must complete the online Visa Waiver form by visiting https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov which is needed for entry into the US at a cost of $21 per person.
You must complete an ESTA application at least 72 hours before flying. Any traveller who fails to complete an ESTA application at least 3 days before departure will almost certainly be refused entry into the country under new US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations. If you are even considering visiting the States, it's worth filling out an ESTA application now as they are valid for two years. Important: If you are refused entry because you do not hold the correct travel documents or have had your application for ESTA rejected - you will NOT be entitled to any form of refund or covered by your travel insurance policy.
