Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive in Vancouver. Travel to Victoria
Upon arrival, travel across the Strait of Georgia by ferry to Victoria. Be sure to stop en route at the stunning Butchart Gardens. Overnight in Victoria.
Day 2 Victoria to Campbell River
Enjoy a leisurely drive up the east coast of Vanocuver Island. Why not step back into BC’s past with visits to the small historic city of Duncan, known as the city of Totems and Chemainus to enjoy its spectacular outdoor murals. Overnight in Campbell River.
Day 3 Campbell River to Knight Inlet Lodge
Board a float plane for your transfer to Knight Inlet Lodge. Embark on the first of your bear viewing tours, where you will have the opportunity to see these majestic animals in the wild. Overnight at Knight Inlet Lodge.
Day 4 Knight Inlet Lodge
The following day is spent exploring the specatular region in which Knigh Inlet Lodge is located. Join a sightseeing cruise and spot the local marine wildlife and and a second bear viewing excursion to further soak in the majesty of these animals. Overnight at Knight Inlet Lodge.
Day 5 Knight Inlet Lodge to Ucluelet
After one final bear viewing excursion, depart Knight Inlet Lodge and head to back to Campbell River by float pance. Back in your hire car head across the stunning mountainous interior of Vanocuver Island to the relaxed resort of Ucluelet, situated on the Pacific Coast.
Day 6 Ucluelet
Your home for the next night, the stunning Black Rock Oceanfront Resort offers incredible views over the rugged coastline of the Pacific coastline. Overnight in Ucluelet.
Day 7 Ucluelet to Vancouver
Start your meandering journey across Vancouver Island to Nanaimo where the BC Ferry will take you back to the mainland. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife along the way! Overnight in Vancouver.
Day 8 Depart Vancouver
Your tour ends upon checkout from your Vancouver hotel. Spend some time buying last minute souvenirs before heading to the airport for your flight home.
