Itinerary
Day 1 Miami
Arrive at Miami and transfer independently to board your NCL cruise ship for a seven-night cruise of the Eastern Caribbean. Set beside the intoxicatingly blue waters of Biscayne Bay, the lively city of Miami revels in the contemporary high-rise of hotels and sophisticated apartments while the colourful shades of art deco architecture recall the era of Miami’s 1920s. And it’s not just Miami! With so many of Florida’s treasures on the doorstep such as the Florida Keys, the Everglades, Fort Lauderdale, the Kennedy Space Center and Orlando to name but a few, why not treat yourself to a few extra nights by extending your stay either at the start or at the end of your cruise to take in Florida’s hotspots. Overnight on board.
Days 2 – 3 At Sea
With two days at sea, this is the perfect opportunity to really get to know your cruise ship and take advantage of the excellent facilities. Work up an appetite in the fitness centre or on one of the sports courts or take a dance class before choosing from a choice of the main dining rooms or more casual eateries. If you want to slow the pace down a little then indulge yourself in some spa treatments and at the end of the day, relax in one of the many bars and lounges, settle in for some big name entertainment from Broadway shows to musical spectaculars or enjoy a flutter on one of the casino games. Overnight on board.
Day 4 Philipsburg, St Maarten
First spotted by Christopher Columbus in1493, St Maarten’s history first came to real prominence when French and Dutch settlers divided the island in 1648 and have lived harmoniously side-by-side ever since. Still shared by the two nations, St Maarten or St Martin, depending on which side of the island you are, carries the distinguished accolade of being the Caribbean’s smallest island. With several excursions on offer you will have the opportunity to travel from one country to the other to see both the Dutch and French influences, with the quiet, sophisticated French north and the lively, vibrant Dutch south with a spot of duty-free shopping on the way. You may opt for the semi-submarine tour of the coral reefs or for something a little bit different, head to Maho Beach to watch the jets fly in - there is no other place in the world where you can watch planes pass so close to you. Overnight on board.
Day 5 St Thomas, American Virgin Islands
Although one of the most multicultural and activity filled of all the Virgin Islands, St Thomas still delivers everything associated with secluded Caribbean paradise in bucket loads – sparkling turquoise waters lapping at your feet, colourful coral reefs and sunwashed, white sand. The gorgeous coastline provides a stunning retreat from all the excellent duty-free shopping available including Magens Bay, hailed as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world while Skyline Drive promises breathtaking views of the island 800 feet below. With a wide choice of excursions on offer you may wish to take in St. Peter Great House and Botanical Gardens, a magnificent Caribbean estate featuring classic Caribbean architecture and vintage furnishings all in the most beautiful, tropical setting and if you are looking for a little bit of adventure, experience the thrill of sailing on the fabulous 65 foot “Castaway Girl” catamaran to Shipwreck Cove Island for some fantastic snorkeling. Overnight on board.
Day 6 At sea
A leisurely day at sea gives you another chance to enjoy your ship’s incredible facilities. Overnight on board.
Day 7 Nassau, Bahamas
As soon as you disembark at Nassau, you will instantly feel the friendliness of the Bahamians and with a very distinctive British flavour. The Bahamas’ capital city is a bustling metropolitan hub full of character and culture boasting miles of spectacular beaches and stretches of vivid coral reefs. To the north lies the appropriately named Paradise Island, developed almost exclusively to delight and a snorkeler and diver’s paradise. James Bond fans will certainly want to visit the British Colonial Hotel, the setting for two of the earlier films. Ship excursions take you on a tour of the historic points of the island, the incredible Adastra Gardens, four acres of tropical plants with over 200 birds, reptiles and mammals while the Atlantis Hotel on Paradise Island provides the largest marine habitat, a one-of-a-kind 140-acre waterpark and dolphin and sea lion interaction experience. Overnight onboard.
Day 8 Miami
This morning your ship returns you to the port of Miami for this morning’s disembarkation and if you would like to see more of Miami and Florida, allow a few extra nights in one of our hotels, alternatively transfer independently to the airport for your return flight home.

Freestyle Cruising - Complimentary Dining
Enjoy the freedom to dine somewhere new morning, noon and night with more restaurants than days in the week aboard every single ship. Dine when you choose and dress as you please. Speciality restaurants do incur a supplement. Morning, noon and night you'll find tempting restaurants, grills, buffets and cafés to satisfy any craving – and they are all included in your cruise fare. If it's a three-course feast you're in the mood for, NCL’s beautiful dining rooms serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Maybe dining al fresco with ocean views is in order. You got it – the "endless" buffets offer indoor and outdoor seating with made-to-order omelettes and pasta dishes, fresh salads and much, much more. Plus, there are casual grills by the pool, 24-hour eateries with your favourite comfort foods, lively sports bars, kid's cafés and of course dining à la pyjamas with room service.
