In the area
The hotel is in the heart of downtown shopping and dining, with many independent boutiques and designer stores, as well as pavement cafes and restaurants. The Kamloops Art Gallery is a few minutes walk, and the Museum & Archives just a little further, with a large range of interesting exhibits.
Riverside Park is just a short walk away and has a lovely sandy swimming beach on the shores of the Thompson River, as well as some pretty flower gardens and sculptures. You can stroll along the waterfront on the Rivers Trail along to Pioneer Park on the other side of the bridge.
